InfraHire is hiring Controller, Knoxville, TN

- Oversee all accounting and finance functions for the dealership, including managing systems and staff.
- Direct daily operations for accounting, cashiering, and front-desk/reception activities.
- Develop and maintain department structure, staffing plans, and coverage schedules.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for dealership accounts.
- Prepare and submit regular financial and management reports to the corporate office.
- Prepare monthly budgets, financial statements, and support management reporting.
- Build quarterly financial forecasts and track performance to support dealership profitability.
- Manage insurance matters and process liability claims as required.
- Review financial statements and general ledger activity, resolve discrepancies with the accounting team.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and government forms.
- Collaborate with department managers to improve operational profitability and implement strategies as needed.
- Oversee HR and payroll processes, and coordinate to address employee-related matters.
- Cross-train, supervise, and provide coverage for all accounting roles in the dealership.
- Ensure compliance with dealership, corporate, and regulatory policies and procedures.
