The company is looking for a hands-on financial leader who can oversee day-to-day accounting operations while helping ownership maintain strong financial visibility as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management Lead the monthly close process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements for ownership and leadership Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems Manage cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning efforts Coordinate with external CPA and advisors on tax and compliance matters Provide financial insights that support operational decision-making Serve as the primary accounting leader for a growing multi-division business Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience , ideally including leadership or supervisory responsibility Experience managing full-cycle accounting and month-end close Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting best practices Ability to operate in a hands-on small business environment Excellent communication and organizational skills CPA preferred but not required Experience in construction, building products, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships within an organization and wants to play a meaningful role in a growing company.
