We are actively seeking an experienced leader to step into the role of Controller. CarePartners, with its 900+ employees and 33 communities spread across 8 regions, is entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation. As the Controller, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of both CarePartners and the Senior Living industry. This role entails overseeing corporate accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, leading audits and compliance, and driving process improvements to support organizational growth. You will mentor and develop a high‑performing team, collaborate cross‑functionally, and foster a culture of excellence and integrity throughout the organization.
