Role Description This full‑time Controller role is a hybrid position based in Polk City, IA, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Controller, you will oversee financial operations, including managing budgets, preparing financial reports for mutiple clients. You will analyze financial data, implement new processes, and provide strategic insights to support business decision‑making. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with company owners to align financial practices with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Proficiency in financial software, data analysis tools, and advanced Excel skills. Expertise in financial reporting preparation and ability to manage mutille clients. Experience in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and management dashboards. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written interactions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
