Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in a leadership or team management capacity.
  • Background within a professional services firm.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Oversee the firm’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets and financial forecasts to guide strategic initiatives.
  • Generate timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Coordinate external audits and support the audit process for financial integrity.
  • Conduct financial performance analysis, identifying trends and recommending enhancements.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial processes and efficiencies.

Salary & Benefits:

Annual Salary: $85,000 - $100,000.
