Growing manufacturer that has recently expanded is seeking a Manufacturing Controller . As the Manufacturing Controller you will be part of a five person site leadership team, will report to the Head of Global Finance and work closely with the Site Manager. You will be responsible for the following tasks: Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and on-time completion. Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting to guide strategic decision‑making. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead site-level budget development and forecasting procedures to align with organizational goals. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Serve as the Site Compliance Officer, ensuring all activities adhere to legal requirements, corporate guidelines, and updated regulatory standards. Cost & Capital Control: Manage site expenditures, including CapEx, credit, and operational costs, ensuring they remain within approved budgetary limits. Strategic Leadership: Act as a key member of the site leadership team, contributing to profitability measures and long-term site health. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong partnerships with external vendors and banks while coordinating closely with global business units, corporate HQ, and shared service centers (tax, treasury, and credit). Audit Support: Facilitate and support both internal and external audit requirements to ensure transparency and accountability. Mentorship & Coaching: Provide direct guidance and professional development to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
