This is a hands-on, solutions-focused role with strong visibility and opportunity for growth. Ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments and solving real-time production challenges with smart, scalable automation solutions.What You'll DoSupport manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and optimizing PLCs across multiple platformsCollaborate with operations teams to integrate equipment into broader control and reporting systemsDevelop and adjust programs for VFDs and machine-level controlsRead and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics to identify issues or improvement areasAssist with project development alongside engineering teams—offering both technical and execution supportContribute to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing equipment data and performance trendsParticipate in remote support efforts as needed for live issues across multiple facilitiesWho You AreBackground in Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferredHands-on experience in automation within manufacturing environments Comfortable with programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs and using Ignition for reporting and analysisStrong understanding of structured text, Ethernet/IP, and control systems networkingFamiliar with lean manufacturing concepts and process optimizationSkilled at diagnosing electrical issues (up to 480V) and comfortable working with related hardwareProficient in Microsoft Office and basic CMMS or maintenance management softwareA self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative rolesStrong organizational skills with a knack for managing multiple prioritiesClear communicator, curious learner, and motivated problem-solverThis opportunity offers a mix of hands-on technical work and cross-functional collaboration—perfect for someone who wants to grow with a company that values innovation, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
