Role: Controls Engineer (C#)
Location: New Richmond, WI
Duration: 12+ Months
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement control systems and software solutions using C# for various applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug control systems and software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for control systems, including specifications, design, and user manuals.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in control systems and software development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in controls engineering with a focus on C# programming.
  • Strong proficiency in C# programming language and experience with related development tools and frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of control systems, automation, and industrial processes.
  • Experience with PLC programming and integration is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with C# programming related to control systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in control systems engineering.
