The ideal candidate will have the following:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Controls Engineering.
- Skilled in PLC and Motion Control programming, testing, and debugging.
- Allen-Bradley programming experience is a must.
- Experience with motion control devices, and stepper/servo motors.
- Proficient in electrical design and layout, encompassing power distribution and I/O devices.
- Familiar with domestic and international electrical codes (NEC, NFPA79, IEC60204-1).
- Basic mechanical skills and strong troubleshooting ability.
- Proven experience supporting new or problematic installations.
- Familiarity with ERP, CAD, and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (mostly local and domestic).
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and a positive attitude.
