We’re looking for a Senior Automation Support Engineer to support global automation initiatives in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on troubleshooting, system deployments, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Lead deployment, installation, and commissioning of automation systems across global sites
• Troubleshoot complex PLC and control system issues to improve system reliability
• Partner with engineering & production teams to drive automation strategy and best practices
• Analyze system performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Provide remote and on-site support, including training plant teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in industrial automation / manufacturing environments
• Strong expertise in PLC troubleshooting and control systems
• Proven experience with commissioning, deployment, and system integration
• Solid project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear communication

Nice to Have:

• Experience with robotics, IoT, or AI-driven automation
• Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau for data analysis
• Certifications like CAPM or SMRP
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, or pharma industries
