Cook as well as Servers
For Cook:
We are looking for a cook who is able to multi-task as a prep cook and work on the line. Must be open to all kitchen based jobs such as but not limited to: light dishwashing, restocking, end of day clean up and closing, etc. can follow recipes and plating standards, are willing to learn new recipes and open to menu changes. Previous experience working in a restaurant is required. Salary is hourly, based on experience. We are looking for someone who is available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the moment with possiblity of adding more days in future.
For Server:
Must be over 18 years. Must love people and food, have great communication skills, quick on feet, multi-tasker, work well in a team and alone, walk up and down one flight of stairs with ease, friendly disposition, able to follow basic recipes for house-made drinks, able to serve Beer, alcohol and maintain an inventory as per company standards.
Must be able to learn our full menu, be able to guide guests in making choices, have full knowledge of allergens. Must be available to work Friday and Saturday shifts and along with a couple of other flexible days.
