Core Java Developer SonSoft is an IT Staffing and consulting firm and duly organized under the laws of Commonwealth of Georgia. We are growing at a steady pace with specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES). Job Description At least 7 years of strong hands-on experience in Core Java / J2EE with Multithreading / Synchronization / Executor Frameworks / Concurrency frameworks; Design Patterns, spring, Struts, Hibernate. Strong knowledge and experience with Databases - DB Joins; Constraints / Primary and Referential Integrity; Performance tuning techniques (explain_plan, Indexes, Partitions) ; Views / Materialized Views; Implicit/Explicit cursors. Strong knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review. At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Experience in Investment banking (basic knowledge is a must to understand the requirement). Analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
