Job Description Preferred At least 6 years of experience working on Core Java, Spring, hibernate. At least 4 years of experience with development and re-engineering of existing application to incorporate unit tests and functional tests. Unix/python/perl scripting. Knowledge of any batch scheduler (Autosys, Control+M etc). Ability to work and coordinate with members offshore. Good database skills to define queries and stored procedures (oracle). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Investment bank experience (basic knowledge is a must). Aggressive and ability to work on high pressure environment (target oriented approach). Ability to support multiple applications when escalated for development team investigation. In depth knowledge on various open source libraries needed for a standard integration project. Experience with test driven development. Ability to break up complex design into phased approaches. Strong leadership skill and good team player. At least 6 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Experience to capital markets domain. Analytical skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
