**Job Description:**

Dhillonco.com Hotel Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Revenue Manager with a focus on Sales & Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing revenue streams, driving sales, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record in revenue management with renowned brands such as IHG, Hilton, or Marriott. Candidate must be able to provide the current certification held with the brands and OPERA Experience a must.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Revenue Management:**

- Manage and optimize revenue for the hotel properties in MT, NV, ID, ND, WI.

- Daily monitoring of rates, competitor pricing, and market trends

- Utilize tools such as OTAinsight, STAR analysis, and other industry-standard systems to make informed decisions.

- Implement effective pricing strategies and packages to maximize revenue.

2. **Sales & Marketing:**

- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

- Create and execute promotional campaigns, packages, and initiatives to attract and retain guests.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and travel agencies.

3. **Communication and Collaboration:**

- Conduct weekly Revenue Management Calls to update stakeholders on performance and discuss strategies.

- Connect regularly with General Managers and management to align on pricing, promotions, and overall revenue goals.

4. **Travel:**

- Travel to the company hotels once a month or as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 5 years of proven Revenue Management experience with IHG, Hilton, or Marriott, managing over $15 million in revenue.

- Excellent understanding of industry tools and systems, including OTAinsight , Travelclick and STAR analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing revenue-generating strategies.
