Job Title: Corporate AccountantReporting: Finance & Admin ManagerDepartment: Finance & AdminPRE-REQUISITE:2 years of professional experience in general accounting, preferably in cost center or support company environments.Familiarity with PEZA policies and regulationsProficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). – particularly with QuickBooksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.High level of integrity and attention to detail.Proven experience with BIR compliance and comprehensive knowledge of BIR processes such as Income Tax, withholding tax, VAT, tax filings, audit and reconciliationFamiliarity with SEC reporting and regulatory requirementGood communication skillsRESPONSIBILITIES:General Accounting and Financial Reporting:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for assigned cost centersEnsure timely submission of financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.Monitor expenses and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.Perform end-to-end Accounting Process (Journal Entry, Disbursement and payment process.
