Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Lead the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analyses for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads and business units to develop annual budgets and strategic financial plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and investors.
- Monitor industry trends and economic factors that may impact financial performance and strategic planning.
