Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Financial Controller based in Elmira, NY. The successful candidate will be in charge of the Accounting Department and will be responsible for generating the monthly and year-end financial statements; will monitor cash flow; create budgets and forecasts, and will oversee payroll, cost accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable. This individual will prepare schedules for the year-end audit which is done by an outside accounting firm. The controller position will be a member of the Management Team and will report directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will have valuable input to the profitability of the company, Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Proficiency in preparing and managing financial statements and financial reporting Strong analytical skills and knowledge in finance Experience with accounting practices and principles Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret financial data Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency in financial software Proven experience in a similar role Salary Range Starting salary: $150,000 (based on experience) + year end profit bonus 401k retirement, fully paid family medical, vacation and holidays, life insurance Contact Charlie Burke, Vice President at #J-18808-Ljbffr
