Lead in the design, development, implementation of high complex enterprise-wide back office financial systems, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting. Essential Functions Lead large cross-OpCo project teams, developing project plans, maintaining project budgets, leading research and documentation of business requirements in the review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases with technical expertise and outstanding project management efficiency. Communicates governance and support policies to all levels of staff and management. Develop and presents executive level communications on a routine base with senior level authority. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.
