Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day corporate administration for a multinational group of companies spanning Cyprus, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Vietnam, China, USA, El Salvador, Qatar, UAE, Nigeria, and Rwanda. Coordinate workflows with internal departments to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures. Draft, review, and execute essential corporate documentation, including resolutions, meeting minutes, notices, and reports. Prepare and submit regulatory filings to relevant authorities. Manage the contact management system, processing contracts, creating smart values, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and databases through effective document management, including electronic and physical filing. Handle document certification, apostille, and notarization processes. Support group-wide AML/KYC compliance initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in corporate governance, legal, or compliance roles. Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices especially the Greek GEMI portal. Proficiency in Greek and English, (Spanish will be considered as an advantage). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
