This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial real estate and corporate transactional work.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze title reports and surveysOrder and evaluate due diligence materialsConduct UCC, corporate, and real estate-related searchesAssist with entity formation and maintenancePrepare and organize loan documents, closing checklists, HUDs, closing statementsSupport change of ownership transactions, complex real estate and ABL mattersHandle post-closing mattersQualificationsExperience in commercial real estate and corporate transactionsProficiency in title review, due diligence, and credit agreement collateral filingsExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong multitasking ability with attention to detailProficiency with legal software, document management tools and overall computer skillsExperience working with bank and non-bank lendersFamiliarity with SBA, 504 and 7(a), USDA, FHA, HUD and EDA transactions is a plusUnderstanding Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs") of regulatory authoritiesIf you're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, we'd love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer.Principals only.
