Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. This role will focus on expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering innovative sales strategies that fuel our company’s growth. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing long-term sales plans, and negotiating high-value deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sales and business development strategies.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a sales/customer relationship team.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with Operations to customize CRM tools that align with sales objectives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and KPIs.
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Negotiate and close deals with large customers, expanding our client base.
  • Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Partner with Studio and Corporate division heads to develop customer retention strategies.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Work with Operations and Marketing on targeted drip campaigns, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Participate in drafting compelling RFP responses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven success in sales management and business development.
  • A natural leader with strong team-building and communication skills.
  • Experience in building and training a sales team from scratch.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, PipeDrive, etc.) and comfortable with data management.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in leveraging AI to enhance sales and marketing efforts is a plus.
  • Experience in the vehicle rental industry is advantageous, but not required.
