Our client — a top‑tier UK law firm - is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join their highly ranked Corporate Tax team. You’ll work alongside experienced tax specialists on complex, high‑profile matters spanning corporate, commercial, and property transactions. The RoleYou’ll be involved in a wide variety of work, including:Advising on tax structuring for corporate acquisitions, disposals, and reconstructionsDrafting and negotiating transactional tax documentationAdvising on SDLT / LBTT / VAT and broader property tax mattersSupporting the design and implementation of employee share incentivesProviding guidance on Scottish income tax and employment tax issuesContributing to client updates, seminars, and internal trainingThis role offers access to high‑quality work, cross‑practice collaboration, and a team known for technical excellence.
