How You Will Contribute

• Verify accuracy and validity of product costs and inventory.
• Investigate and correct general ledger discrepancies, as needed.
• Discuss overhead expense reporting analysis with operations leaders.
• Compare product costs to budget.
• Analyze resource usage, yield, labor, overhead, and other variances.
• Host weekly/monthly meetings to discuss report results or variance analysis.
• Support manufacturing by answering questions and investigating discrepancies.

About YOU

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Minimum of 2 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other database systems.
• Some travel required.
