The Fremont facility in California’s Silicon Valley produces low‑to‑mid volume New Product Introduction runs to full‑scale volume, offering complete enclosure systems manufacturing from small parts to fully integrated and tested systems with in‑house painting, logistics, inventory management, hubbing and repair services.
Nature of Work
Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets, income statement forecasts and company goals.
Prepare sophisticated reports on financial status and risks, and provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve performance.
Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance, produce forecast models, and identify trends to recommend actions to management.
Track actual results against forecasts and reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Stay updated on market developments and share insights with management to influence long‑term and strategic decisions.
Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives impacting the finance function.
Assist with the monthly and quarterly financial close processes and lead Operations Finance projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Core Requirements
5–7 years of proven work experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment; electronics manufacturing is a plus.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications; Oracle knowledge is highly desirable.
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and convey results.
Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance and information analysis.
Proven knowledge of financial accounting, including the monthly financial close process.
Ability to interpret, organize and analyze financial data from multiple sources (engineering, shop floor, accounting).
Skill to develop ad‑hoc reports and presentations.
Strong team and independent work capabilities.
Leadership skills to manage multi‑departmental projects.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills for strict deadlines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

Salary Range (annual): $80,000 – $120,000. Actual base pay within this range will be based on years of relevant experience, education, certifications and skills. The total rewards package also includes health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays, paid time off and may include restricted stock unit awards and a discretionary bonus program.
