Cost Accounting Manager
Role Responsibilities:
Partner with Planning team to monitor open ASN (Advance Shipment Notification)- Support the analysis of Production Variances related to material consumption.
- Key resource to monitor and validate cycle counts performed by Warehouse Team
- Reconcile temp and full-time labor hours reporting between actual invoices and system.
- Analyze inventory scrap accounts and prepare Journal Entries for reclasses.
- Analyze and reconcile monthly inventory destructions between MES and SAP
- Assist with monthly Excess and Obsolescence Analysis for plant inventory.
- Assist with GR/IR (Goods Receipts / Invoice Receipts) reconciliation.
- Reconcile temp labor hour reporting between actual invoices and system.
- Assist on system (SAP, MES) solutions designed for Finance processes.
- Assist on documentingJSOX processes.

Required Experience/Skills:
- Accounting degree from accredited institution of higher education
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance
- 8 years of Accounting experience ideally in a manufacturing environment (corporate Finance and/or Supply Chain internship experience will be considered)
- Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookups)
- SAP experience & knowledge is required. Working/functional knowledge of MRP/ERP systems may be considered.
