Now Hiring Accounting & Finance

Cost Accounting Manager


Role Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Planning team to monitor open ASN (Advance Shipment Notification)
  • Support the analysis of Production Variances related to material consumption.
  • Key resource to monitor and validate cycle counts performed by Warehouse Team
  • Reconcile temp and full-time labor hours reporting between actual invoices and system.
  • Analyze inventory scrap accounts and prepare Journal Entries for reclasses.
  • Analyze and reconcile monthly inventory destructions between MES and SAP
  • Assist with monthly Excess and Obsolescence Analysis for plant inventory.
  • Assist with GR/IR (Goods Receipts / Invoice Receipts) reconciliation.
  • Reconcile temp labor hour reporting between actual invoices and system.
  • Assist on system (SAP, MES) solutions designed for Finance processes.
  • Assist on documentingJSOX processes.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Accounting degree from accredited institution of higher education
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance
  • 8 years of Accounting experience ideally in a manufacturing environment (corporate Finance and/or Supply Chain internship experience will be considered)
  • Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookups)
  • SAP experience & knowledge is required. Working/functional knowledge of MRP/ERP systems may be considered.
