Key Responsibilities You will act as the internal financial watchdog, ensuring project financial integrity and efficiency: Financial Auditing: Review and interpret project expenses, recommending cost control and process improvement. High‑Stakes Communication: Assertively communicate with Project Managers and vendors to resolve financial discrepancies and enforce cost adherence. Strategic Analysis: Manage budgets, use forecasting tools (e.g., Gain/Fade charts), and prepare analysis for executive decision‑making. Reporting & Closeout: Prepare monthly project reports and manage project financial closeout. Ideal Candidate Profile Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field with at least two years of experience. We are open to diverse backgrounds, including professionals from Public Accounting (Audit is a strong fit). Construction experience is preferred but not mandatory.
