Cost Schedule Analyst Cost/Control Account Management (CAM) (Fort Worth, TX)

We are seeking a Cost Schedule Analyst for our client, a leading global security and aerospace company. In this role, you will participate in the control of costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated cost schedule control system. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and government cost control guidelines.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role (4 days 10-hour shifts weekly). This role is onsite supporting our client's Fort Worth, TX facility.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in preparing budgets and schedules for all contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
• Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing the preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
• Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract costs and schedule baselines.
• Provides budget development, EAC's and tracking support to team and program management. Helps develop proposals.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in project scheduling and or project cost management in aerospace/defense or technology industries.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience in Cost/Control Account Management (CAM).
• Proficient in Excel Pivot Tables.
• Experience Developing Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) Compliant Proposals.
• Bachelor's Degree in business/finance or engineering field.

Compensation: $35/hr. - $46/hr.
