Evolve Healthcare is now hiring for a COTA for our location in Pampa, TX. This is a day shift position and you will provide services for 8/hours per day 40/hours per week.
Job Requirements:
1. Association Degree (COTA) from an accredited program
2. Current state Occupational Therapy certification
3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
4. National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC membership preferred.
5. 1+ years experience preferred
Unit Description:
Shift: 8a- 5p
Duration: 13 weeks Weekend Requirement:
Per dept needs
Holiday Requirement: Per dept needs
On-call Requirement: No
Will they deal with COVID Patients: Yes
Dress Code: Scrubs- no specific colors
Additional: Inpatient, Outpatients, Swing Bed Patients
