Lackey & Nielson Chiropractic Center, a renowned chiropractic center that has proudly served the Hutchinson community since 1996, is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for the position of Case Manager. Our center offers the most advanced solutions for our patients' chiropractic needs, focusing on delivering exceptional care and improving overall well-being. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of patient cases, fostering positive patient experiences, and promoting successful outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage patient cases from initial consultation through the treatment process
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the chiropractic team
  • Monitor patients' progress and provide ongoing support and education to facilitate their healing process
  • Communicate effectively with patients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing empathy and reassurance
  • Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure the timely processing of claims and facilitate smooth billing procedures
  • Act as a liaison between patients and other healthcare professionals, facilitating referrals and coordinating care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in case management or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of insurance processes and protocols
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
