What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Lead tax engagements for closely held businesses, real estate professionals, and high-net-worth clients
️ Serve as a strategic advisor, not just a tax technician
Mentor and develop junior team members who are eager to grow
️ Contribute ideas to help shape firm processes, strategy, and client experience
Step into firm leadership and work toward future equity ownership

What You Bring:

Active CPA license (Florida or eligible to transfer) or in process
5 to 7+ years of experience in public accounting/tax
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships
Strong technical expertise in 1040s, 1120s, 1065s, 1041s, and more
️ Willingness to travel to Orlando area 4–6 weeks per year
