Like working with your hands? Enjoy building something solid that actually goes somewhere? Join our Shipping & Packaging team and turn raw wood into custom crates, skids, and packaging that protect high-value products.

What You'll Do

• Build custom wood and cardboard crates from blueprints.
• Run basic woodworking equipment (table saws, panel saws, dado saws).
• Use hand and pneumatic tools (nailers, staplers, drills, hammers).
• Measure, cut, assemble, and inspect for quality and fit.
• Load, package, seal, and move finished crates.
• Operate a lift truck (we'll train you!).

What We're Looking For

• Experience with wood construction or carpentry.
• Comfortable using commercial woodworking equipment safely.
• Can lift 50 lbs. and stay on your feet during the shift.
• Able to read basic drawings and use a tape measure accurately.
• Solid math skills and mechanical problem-solving ability.
• Willing to learn, follow procedures, and grow your skills.
