Overview
Five Star Parks is seeking a Creative Director to serve as the primary point of contact for all creative needs across our portfolio of parks and brands. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role leads creative strategy, execution, and brand consistency across digital, print, on-site, and campaign work. You’ll set the vision, lead partners and teams, and bring strong personal design capability to ensure the work is not only smart - but effective.
What You’ll Do
Lead Creative Vision
- Own and evolve the creative vision across all Five Star Parks brands and locations
- Translate business goals and guest insights into clear, compelling creative platforms
- Ensure brand consistency while allowing flexibility for park- and market-specific needs
Primary Point of Contact
- Serve as the central creative lead for internal teams, park leadership, and external agencies
- Intake, prioritize, and oversee creative requests across the organization
- Set creative direction, timelines, and expectations from concept through execution
Creative Operations
- Build scalable workflows, processes, and brand guidelines
- Balance short-term business needs with longer-term brand building
- Maintain organized asset libraries and creative systems

Proven Creative Impact & Vision
- Experience developing creative across both physical and digital touchpoints
- Highly visual thinker who can quickly prototype, iterate, and turn ideas into execution
Leadership with Substance
- Operates as a thought partner and leader—not just a tactical executor
- Comfortable guiding stakeholders, partners, and teams with clarity and confidence
Hands-On Design Expertise
- Strong design background with the ability to execute independently when needed
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Proficient in Figma and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience & Mindset
- 5+ years of brand-building experience, including agency management and creative development
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Curious, agile, and comfortable evolving tools and processes as the business grows
