Position Overview Shabby Fabrics is a worldwide leader in the quilting industry, known for original design, exceptional quality, and broad global reach. Our visual content is seen by millions of makers around the world, including over 20 million monthly views on Pinterest alone. We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead and elevate all visual output for our brand. This is a hands‑on, in‑person leadership role based in Post Falls, Idaho, working closely with a collaborative team of graphic designers, photographers, and videographers. This role is responsible for maintaining and elevating Shabby Fabrics’ current brand position, ensuring every visual asset is on brand, strategically aligned, and executed at the highest possible caliber. The ideal candidate brings exceptional creative judgment, deep technical expertise, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
