We are seeking a highly strategic and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative function and drive brand excellence across all touchpoints.As a key leader, you will be responsible for shaping the overall creative direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering impactful, high-quality campaigns.Key Responsibilities: Lead and shape creative direction across key projects Take ownership of direction from early stages, not wait for it to be defined Ensure clarity and consistency of ideas across campaigns Translate ideas into clear and compelling presentations Work closely across teams to align thinking and delivery, and ensure ideas are carried through consistently across functions Guide and mentor the creative team Contribute to pitches and new opportunities Help elevate the standard of work across the teamQualifications:Able to lead and shape direction independently, not just respond to briefsStrong ability to develop ideas and present them clearly and convincingly, both in thinking and in deckComfortable working across platforms, with a good understanding of how ideas translate into different formats and channelsCurious and adaptive towards new tools and technologies, including AI, and able to use them to improve how ideas are developed and deliveredHas strong creative instincts : a good eye for the work, a sharp sense of what matters, and the ability to communicate ideas convincinglyUnderstands what makes work stand out, and is able to push ideas to a level that can elevate the agency’s creative reputationHas good business awareness , able to understand context, priorities, and make creative decisions that make sense beyond the idea itselfSpecific skills needed:Strong conceptual thinking and campaign development Strong presentation and storytelling skills Ability to structure ideas clearly into compelling materials Familiar with digital platforms and content formats Comfortable exploring new tools and technologies, including AI Strong sense of creative judgement and taste
