**Job Description:**

The Credit Associate will be responsible for evaluating and managing credit risk, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and supporting the overall credit management process. This role involves analyzing credit data, assessing financial information, and making informed decisions to mitigate credit risk. The Credit Associate will work closely with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth credit operations and contribute to the company's financial stability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Credit Evaluation:**

- Assess credit applications and financial statements to determine creditworthiness.

- Analyze credit data and financial information to make sound credit decisions.

2. **Risk Management:**

- Monitor and manage existing credit accounts to mitigate potential risk.

- Implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

3. **Client Interaction:**

- Communicate with clients regarding credit terms, conditions, and account statuses.

- Resolve any credit-related issues or disputes in a timely manner.

4. **Reporting:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- **Experience:** 2 - 5 years of experience in credit analysis or a related financial role.

- **Technical Skills:**

- Strong understanding of credit risk management and financial regulations.

- Experience with credit management software and financial modeling tools.

- **Soft Skills:**

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
