Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credit Card Coordinator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company credit card activities, entering invoices, providing front desk coverage, and assisting the finance team with various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Who We Are:BCI is a national brands general contractor whose emphasis on relationships and client satisfaction ensures a consistent, reliable, and excellent build. Our team operates in a fast-paced environment and holds true to each of our core values: Celebration, Commitment, Compassion, and Continuous Improvement.Key Responsibilities:Credit Card Management:Reconcile monthly credit card statements.Act as a liaison between teammates and the credit card vendor to resolve issues and manage accounts.Invoice Entry:Upload invoices to our accounting system for review and approval by teammates.Front Desk Coverage:Provide coverage for the front desk reception during breaks, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors.Assist Finance Team:Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.Team Participation:Actively participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback to improve processes and workflows.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a finance or accounting department.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with accounting software and credit card management systems is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
