Swansons Painting is looking for a highly motivated, trustworthy individual who enjoys working alongside other crew members and leading them to accomplish a common goal.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and work alongside a crew of painters on various projects
- Manage and coordinate daily activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively lead a crew.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
