Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Crew Leader to oversee daily window cleaning operations, lead field teams, coordinate scheduling, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills to ensure high-quality service delivery and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and support a team of window cleaning technicians on residential and/or commercial job sites.
* Create and manage daily and weekly crew schedules to ensure efficient job coverage and timely completion.
* Meet with customers to review service needs, provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
* Train team members on safety procedures, equipment use, and company standards
* Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company expectations.
* Maintain a positive, professional work environment and promote teamwork.
* Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
* Enforce safety guidelines and OSHA compliance standards.
* Assist with hands-on window cleaning as needed.
Qualifications
* Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to create and manage schedules effectively.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/lifts.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
