Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. The paralegal will be providing support for the firm's criminal defense attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft legal documents
• Create and maintain case files
• Manage attorney scheduling
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
• Routine administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Strong legal skills, including knowledge of Minnesota state criminal laws and procedure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Paralegal degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in the criminal law area is a plus
