JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

The essential job function of the Schedule Coordinator is to create and update schedules for all staff of CDS and CRP. This position will provide administrative support, and utilize collaboration, and communication to support continuity of care for persons served, and organization for all programs. The Schedule Coordinator will also provide assistance to the IHSS and CMO programs in the office, as these programs are community based services. The Schedule Coordinator will back-up staff (in all areas) on an emergency basis. Hours will be in response to persons served and program needs, which includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in social/human service field, or a person with an Associate of Arts degree in mental health technology with experience or a LMHT with experience, or an individual with equally qualified by work experience or a combination of work and education.
  • 2 years experience in scheduling multiple programs and shifts.
  • 2 years experience working with individuals with mental health issues
  • The individual must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass a KBI security check and DCF Child and Adult Abuse Registry check.
  • Must have a valid Kansas drivers license, and reliable transportation, with current auto insurance.
  • Requires knowledge of basic computer skills, various programs and spreadsheets.
  • Must be able to complete required Ks Train online trainings and program trainings.
  • Must be able to perform day-to-day physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to- 20% of scheduled time; data entry, answering the phone and computer work, 80% of scheduled time; ability to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently moving around the building and community, repetitive moving, carrying and lifting as the job demands

Salary Range

$19.78 $21.83 $24.99

Hours

8:00-4:30 with weekend shift required, some evenings required
