CRM Administrator Apply
Job Description
The CRM Administrator will be responsible for all front-line support of our HubSpot CRM to the company. The administrator will own all related changes and projects in the CRM and support our key tools that integrate with the CRM.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead all projects and changes related to fields, objects, workflows and reports in HubSpot.
· Support the implementation of integrations with other SaaS platforms and the CRM.
· Provide user support for all tickets related to the CRM or integrated tools.
· Provide data research and analytics.
· Perform other duties as assigned. Always include this as the final bullet.
Requirements:Education/Experience:
Required (optional)
· 2+ users in an IT role supporting CRM’s such as HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho, or other SaaS based CRM platforms.
· 2+ years enabling automations within CRM systems
· 2+ years basic data analytics and reporting in CRM’s
Preferred (optional)
· 2+ years in supporting a B2C HubSpot Instance
· Experience in supporting a workforce both in office and in the field
· Experience in configuring CPQ functionality
