Title: CRM & Loyalty Manager

WHAT YOULL DO:
This role requires a combination of analytical, creative, and technical skills to create and implement strategies that effectively engage and retain our customer base spanning multiple brands. This individual will be responsible for building best-in-class prospect and retention tactics, while leading the Liberated Brands loyalty program strategy and execution that incorporates email, SMS, website, app, retail and social media. As a key member of the Ecommerce Digital Marketing team, you will be integral to strengthening our connection internally and externally through our multi-store Rewards Program.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve a multi-brand, multi-channel Loyalty program. Lead projects and enhancements to nurture customer relationships and foster brand loyalty relative to Member spend, frequency and retention.
  • Drive CRM strategy that aligns with company goals. Surface insights and opportunities narrowing in on lifetime value, segmentation, and/or optimization for the websites.
  • Own the loyalty programs promotional calendar, campaigns and execution working with email marketing, merchandising, digital designers and retail management teams
  • Oversee Email Marketing automation and flows for multiple brands. Identify issues and opportunities for various workflows, consistently testing creatives, timing, and segmentation
  • Partner with retail teams to enhance the loyalty experience and grow an omnichannel presence across each brand
  • Develop customer audiences and cohorts. Create actionable insights that improve program adoption, LTV and/or customer experience
  • Monitor data discrepancies & automated syncing for loyalty members across website, retail and 3rd party platforms ensuring consistency
  • Provide detailed reporting and analytics with an emphasis on Member engagement. Partner with analysts to uncover customer buyer patterns & behavior
  • Ensure data quality supports marketing channels, and CRM and loyalty practices are compliant with relevant privacy and data protection regulations for each brand
  • Deepen & develop the loyalty mobile app integration
  • Work with customer support on solutioning Rewards member issues

  • 4+ years of Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing or Loyalty/Rewards/Subscription-model experience; Ecommerce experience is preferred
  • Experience in marketing or CRM programs
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting techniques
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Any HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
  • This position requires some hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $90,000 - $105,000. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidates relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
