Role summary

We are seeking a CRM Specialist for our client who will drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management and data-driven marketing automation. This role combines hands-on campaign execution in Braze and Salesforce with deep CRM optimization, supporting both B2C ticket sales and group/private event bookings. The ideal candidate will leverage customer data insights to create targeted campaigns, automate sales processes, and maintain robust data systems that fuel our venue sales cycle and maximize customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize Braze-powered campaigns to drive ticket sales and attendance for events.
  • Collaborate directly with the sales team to build out and automate email campaigns within Braze and Salesforce, supporting sales lead nurturing and conversion efforts for group sales and private events.
  • Analyze customer data to create audience segments and deploy impactful email and digital ticket and group sales campaigns.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution in CRM platforms, including messaging, HTML, A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis, focusing on repeat visits, retention and LTV.
  • Monitor key CRM metrics, provide actionable insights, and continually optimize Braze and Salesforce for automation, efficiency and data hygiene.
  • Manage and remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources to consistently improve Salesforce, Triple Seat, and proprietary systems.
  • Create, implement, and oversee all data input and management processes to track sales opportunities, lapsed attendees, and overall consumer pipeline
  • Manage system and periodic accounts clean up and reorganization to ensure accuracy of data in CRM systems
  • Create system reports for daily, weekly and monthly sales and financial tracking. Partner with data team to create custom Tableau dashboards to support venue sales cycle
  • Preferred: experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing in the events and ticketing space

Requirements

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation platforms)
  • Proficiency in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email template creation and customization
  • Knowledge of CRM data management, data hygiene, and database maintenance
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and reporting capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in events, entertainment, ticketing, or hospitality industries
  • Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools
  • Background in both B2C consumer marketing and B2B sales support
  • Experience with API integrations and marketing technology stack management
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for email marketing (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Certification in Salesforce, Braze, or other relevant marketing platforms

  • Salary - Base salary range for this position in California is $80K to $105K. The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
