Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a CT Technologist for a top Healthcare client.

This technical role is responsible for the timely completion of all requested imaging procedures for both inpatients and outpatients across the entire age spectrum, maintaining high standards of quality and quantity. The Technologist must establish and maintain strong professional relationships with the medical staff and colleagues while operating complex imaging equipment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive CT and general imaging procedures to achieve all departmental standards regarding quality and quantity of output.
  • Provide professional imaging services to all inpatients and outpatients, accommodating the needs of all age groups.
  • Establish and maintain effective professional relationships and good rapport with fellow employees, other departments, and the medical staff.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper function and adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure all procedures are conducted with high technical skill, prioritizing patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  • Document all procedures performed and patient care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure imaging results meet diagnostic requirements.

Requirements

Education

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technology School is required.

Experience

  • One (1) year of CT experience is preferred.
  • Acute care experience is NOT required for this role.

Certifications/Licenses

  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license is required.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) and (CT) registry is preferred.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Skills

  • Proven ability to perform a high volume of procedures while maintaining stringent quality standards.
  • Strong professional communication skills to establish effective working relationships.
  • Technical proficiency in operating modern CT imaging equipment.
