CT Tech Travel Wisconsin Apply
Evolve Healthcare seeks qualified CT Techs for up to 3 travel positions within a major hospital system in Milwaukee, WI. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years' experience, their BLS, ARRT, and WI professional license. There are 2 NOC and 1 rotating positions.
Start: 2/11 5/11 or 2/18 5/18 and 2/25-5/25 (rotating)
40 hrs. 13 weeks
Pay: Local Rate $1940 gross
Traveler Rate $2845.20 Gross (includes $1880 base and $965.2 stipend)
Bi Weekly Pay
Rotating Shifts: as needed; Call: none:
Weekends: Every 3rd weekend rotation or necessary to cover holes; Holidays as needed;
```Duties```
- Perform diagnostic CT scans on patients using medical imaging equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering any questions
- Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort during the scan
- Operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality images for diagnostic evaluation
- Monitor patients' vital signs during the procedure and respond to any adverse reactions
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze scan results
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of procedures
```Experience```
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a CT Technologist
- Proficient in performing CT scans, including specialized scans such as mammography, PET scans, and X-rays
-GE CT scanner and Willing to work with scheduling/staffing; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy/physiology to accurately interpret scan results
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation techniques and protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols for patient safety
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
