About the Role:
We are recruiting for a CT Technologist to join a union-affiliated technical/professional team at a regional healthcare facility. Your schedule includes Friday and Saturday nights (11 pm-7 am), Tuesday and Thursday (7:30 am-4 pm), and Monday mornings (8 am-12 pm), with Monday through Friday availability and rotating holidays.

This position involves a wide variety of imaging tasks that require critical thinking and independent decision-making. You'll support diagnostic operations and may be called upon to help lead or train others within the department. Responsibilities include adhering to infection control practices, protecting patient confidentiality, and utilizing imaging systems like PACS, RIS, and HIS. You will also perform CT and primary radiology procedures, including IV insertions and administering contrast.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

· Education: Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program.

· Licensure/Certification: Current Massachusetts Radiology License (MALIC) and ARRT(RTR) certification required. CT certification preferred (training may be provided). CPR certification required.

· Experience: At least one year of diagnostic X-ray experience is preferred.

· Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, including secure text communication (e.g., TigerText).

· Other: Compliance with annual mandatory training (e.g., bloodborne pathogens, infection control) and maintenance of departmental competencies.

Key Skills Required:

1. CT scan and diagnostic imaging proficiency (CR/DR/CT)

2. Experience with PACS, RIS, HIS systems, and imaging workflow troubleshooting

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
