Schedule Options:

• Days / Weekends: Friday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Evenings / Weekdays: Monday–Thursday | 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay & Incentives

• Base Hourly Range: $27.42 – $36.95 (based on experience)

• Shift Differentials:

  • Evenings: +$2.00/hr

  • Nights: +$3.75/hr

  • Weekends: +$3.50/hr*

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)

• On-Call: As needed

*Weekend differential applies when weekends are the employee’s regularly scheduled shift.

Overview

A healthcare organization in Pensacola, Florida is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to support Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) operations.

This role requires strong independent judgment, technical proficiency, and the ability to perform high-quality CT imaging in a fast-paced emergency setting. Candidates with acute care experience are required for FSED assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and radiologist directives

• Operate CT equipment independently, applying ionizing radiation safely and effectively

• Provide imaging services to patients across all age groups, from neonate to geriatric

• Ensure image quality, patient safety, and accurate documentation

• Maintain a patient-first approach with professionalism and compassion

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nursing staff, and emergency department teams

• Adhere to radiation safety, infection prevention, and departmental quality standards

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience

• Acute care experience required for Free-Standing Emergency Department assignments

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

• Active Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license

• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)

Preferred:

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R)

• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
