CT Technologist

Location: Sierra Vista, AZ

Salary Range: $70,000 $95,000

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join our imaging team in Sierra Vista, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality CT imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic results.

• Perform CT scans and related diagnostic procedures according to physician orders and department protocols.

• Prepare and position patients for imaging studies, ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with procedure requirements.

• Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring proper calibration and performance standards are met.

• Maintain accurate patient records and document all imaging procedures in the appropriate systems.

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic imaging.

• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Respond promptly to emergency situations and adjust imaging procedures as necessary.

• Certification: ARRT (Computed Tomography) certification required.

• Licensure: Valid Arizona State License for Radiologic Technology.

• Experience: Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

• Knowledge of advanced CT imaging techniques and protocols.

• Experience in a hospital or trauma setting.

• Strong understanding of patient care principles and diagnostic accuracy standards.

• Excellent technical skills in operating CT equipment and related technology.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex imaging protocols.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
