Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled CT/X-Ray Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality images for interpretation by physicians. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care and safety.

Duties

• Perform CT and X-ray examinations according to established protocols and procedures.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging studies, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Review images for quality and accuracy, and ensure proper documentation in electronic health record systems, such as Epic or Meditech.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.

Experience

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a CT/X-Ray Tech in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Proficient in performing CT and X-ray imaging procedures.
• X-ray experience needs to include fluoro, all X-ray exams, surgery (C-arm), and portable.

Requirements

• ARRT(CT) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
