Job Title: Culture and Engagement Manager

Job Overview:
As the Culture and Engagement Manager, you will drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will develop programs and activities that foster employee engagement, encourage professional growth, and enhance overall satisfaction. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building an engaged workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies to promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and manage internal events, programs, and activities that strengthen company culture.
  • Partner with leadership to assess organizational needs and create plans for cultural improvements.
  • Facilitate training and development workshops to foster employee well-being and professional growth.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys and focus groups to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure an inclusive work environment.
  • Create communication campaigns that reinforce company values and culture.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding workplace concerns and issues related to engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of DEI best practices.
  • Proficiency in using HR tools and software for surveys, feedback collection, and reporting.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off).
